Mr. Reigner Jay Escartin holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science from the University of the Immaculate Conception. He completed his Medical Technology internship at Davao Doctors Hospital (2022–2023) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Medical Technology, majoring in Biomedical Sciences (2023–present). Mr. Escartin serves as a full-time faculty member and clinical instructor at his alma mater. He is a registered member of PAMET, PAPSI, and the Philippine Association of Schools of Medical Technology and Public Health, Inc. Additionally, he holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement in the field.
